e-4D WINNING BOX is a monthly e-magazine published by Master Charles Chia. It is the digital version of the popular magazine.
Monthly 4D forecasts include the original 4D Winning Box Forecasts, Choice of the Month, 4D Master’s Special, Lucky Stars 4D Forecasts, Toto Wheel 12 and Wheel 21 Forecasts. It provides a useful guide for 4D and Toto forecasts, tips and techniques for 4D/Toto enthusiasts.

First off, on top of the list, we have a joyful Mdm Gia, a 4DGM user from Serangoon, wrote, “Since the launch of 4DGM software, I’ve been using the software and it’s been such an exciting journey!
